Happy August! To paraphrase Mark Twain, the reports of the death of the real estate market are truly exaggerated. July numbers tell me that summer has not slowed down the heat in Real Estate sales, but the fire might not be as intense. The number of transactions in July has not been this high since I have been tracking stats (2014). We have backed off the peak June average sales price by a bit, but we are still enjoying 20%+ price increases over the past year.
